That is certainly true of the immediate future. The overall education of people of the world in technology does lag and it will need to increase dramatically for them to enjoy some of the art of the future; which can only come as poverty is overco...

I said canvas & brush will still be there even if we move to other areas of art because not many people in the world will have access to the new technologies. They will have no choice but to use canvas & brush.

COMMITMENT!

Until one is committed there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans:
That the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would otherwise never have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incident… Continue

POEMA
Lá fora
As cinzas fagulham vermelho
na imagem tatuada

Peito de hulha
feito coração cinza
rútilo raios fagulhas
eu e você

Tatuagem

da cidade vista
na tela de vidro
que se espatifa
recorte cinza cacos
vermelhos e cinzas
feitas eu e você

E bem ao longe

o toque suave
dos dedos nas páginas
repercutem ruídos
e sons de notas alheias.

Blog Two-Beginnings and understandings

”the properstate to create a work of art is in the perfection of Being”
The statement above was made in around 1900 by someone who was not an artist but a philosopher, which is interesting in as much as it was he never expanded as to what is actually understood as the ’perfection of Being.’
Surely that is subjective? One mans perfection maybe another mans imperfection. The philosopher left the ’blank spaces’ for the individual to fill in himself. But one thing is for sure, as an ’Artist’, reachi… Continue

(Blog One) ...Concerning the Spiritual in Art (especially in painting) A 21st century review

Today it is rare, if at all, to see new art in the public realm which has as its center an intended spiritual base. The contemporary art scene and the modern artist seem to be stuck in some sort of intellectualised rut.
It is true that the creative field has widened over the last few decades and contemporary visual artists have a freedom to choose modes of expression as never before. Anything goes and anything is considered ’art’ providing it is exhibited in a recognised public forum, or as an o… Continue

Why Art Lab was created-2

Why Art Lab was created

People get relaxed & enjoy too in a lab.
This is where curiosity lives & the desire to find or invent something new thrives.
Lab is the abode of " Never-say-die " spirit.
All positive vibrations & light originating from this place lighten up the world.
This is where experimentation of a
